Shipping

Voice Like a Trumpet is printed on demand specifically for each order. Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. Shipping and delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

 

Standard shipping is free for U.S. orders. Tracking information will be provided when available after your order ships.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because each book is printed specifically for your order, orders enter production shortly after purchase. If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once it has entered production.

 

Returns & Refunds

Because our books are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, accidental purchases, or other buyer-preference reasons.

 

If your book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of the shipment date. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the damage or defect. If the issue qualifies, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or resolution.

 

Minor variations in printing, color, placement, or binding that are normal to the print-on-demand manufacturing process are not considered defects.

 

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your information carefully before submitting your order. Once an order has entered production or shipment, we may be unable to change the delivery address or replace an order sent to an incorrectly provided address.
